Often times international students are always inquisitive as to whether scholarships exists for those interested in studying in any part of the world, as many don’t want scholarship which has region or country limitations. The fully funded rotary peace scholarship 2023 is fully funded for those interested in pursuing a master’s degree program with this scholarship. This scholarship is aimed at helping those international students gain skills.
This scholarship will greatly assist your career, as it has helps to build and encourage potential leaders who can utilize their talents and skills to gain knowledge, and help build her countries economy, this scholarship has greatly helped many international students, who have impacted their society as leader’s.
About the Rotary Peace Scholarship
This scholarship is fully funded by the rotary club through her rotary peace foundation, to study in any of the following countries USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, Thailand and Uganda. This scholarship is fully funded for Masters, certificate and short term courses, this scholarship lasts for Masters 15 – 24 months, and professional certificate which lasts for 3 months. This scholarship awards a total of about 50 scholarships for her Masters students and many for certificate courses.
This scholarship will cover masters degree in any of the following universities
- University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia
- University of Bradford, Bradford, England
- International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan
- Uppsala University, Uppsala, Sweden
- Duke University and the University of North Carolina, Durham and Chapel Hill, USA
While for Certificate Courses
- Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand
- Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda
Value Description for Rotary Peace Scholarship
This scholarship will cover the following areas which is needed for your studies, and other expenses
- Full tuition fee
- Full Accommodation/ Room and boarding
- Airfare ticket to and fro
- Internships and all other expenses
- Textbooks
- Research allowance
Eligibility and Selection criteria for Rotary Peace Scholarship
For Masters Degree Program
- Must be proficient in the use of English
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree and its equivalent
- It is open to students from any country
- Must have a cross cultural understanding of peace, national building, as will be shown and x-rayed by his or her leadership, professional, academic and personal or community experience.
- Must have leadership potentials
- Must have a full 3 years of experience in peace or development work experience
- Must provide at least a letter from two reference stating your academic and leadership potentials
- Must not be a rotary club member

For Certificate Course:
- Must have the necessary work experience
- Be proficient in English
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Must be able to explain how to promote peace according to rotary mission
- Have commitment to gain cross cultural understanding and peace as shown through professionalism, in peace and academic building and community service
